Hi Brad...I don't remember meeting you during our purchase of the 2008 Town and Country Limited which was finalized this afternoon.  There are a few finishing touches that should be completed in our appointment next Wednesday at 1:00, but I wanted to commend your staff on their professionalism and kindness during a difficult time for me.  My husband has esophageal cancer which has spread to other areas of his body and is experiencing some side effects.  I especially want to commend Jerry, Francis and Chris for their patience in explaining functions of the car and processing the paperwork in an efficient and understandable way.  This is the second car we have purchased from you and feel this one will prove to be as enjoyable as the other one.  Based on my previous positive experience with the owner, Gerry Wood, I have recommended your business to several people who were looking for a new car.  I will continue to do so in the future... This past March, I was called by my family to come immediately from Charlotte, NC to Greenville, NC to say my goodbyes to a very close family member. With a 5-6 hour drive ahead of me, I packed my bags and jumped in my MINI Cooper to head to Greenville as quickly as I could.

 

About the time I got near Salisbury, my low tire alert sounded and lit up on my dash, letting me know that I had tire trouble. Being by myself, and already upset, I pulled off I-85 and into your service area of your dealership. Chris Gurley met me in the service bay immediately, and even though I don't drive any of the models that you sell, he took my car back and checked all four tires, corrected the air pressure in each and assured me that I would be fine on the road. He was gracious, concerned for me as a person in need and not just a potential hiccup in his already busy schedule. In a time of great stress for me, he relieved me of the concern that I would not be able to say my goodbyes because of car troubles. This was a generous and much appreciated gift to me and my family who was concerned for my safety on the road anyway.

 

If this type of service is in any way representative of the rest of your company service policies, then I commend your entire dealership. Please take the time to let him know that his actions that day were greatly appreciated.
